Introduction to Professional Cooking

Course Description:                                                                                                          Instructor: Sky Bohannon

Hands-on learners will be right at home prepping, cooking, and tasting; as they gain the knowledge needed to become part of food service. Knife skills, seasoning techniques, making sauces, and cooking meat and seafood to perfection, and more will be covered in this six week session. 18 Hours
