Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

This 119 hour State Board of Nursing approved course focuses on essentials for nursing assistants, and safe and effective practices in the health care setting. Students learn the basics of assisting patients, body mechanics, ethics, and communication, while preparing for licensing exam. The written and skill LNA test is scheduled upon completion. Applicants must be able to pass a background check. Proof of immunizations and current TB test must be received with registration. Limit 8 students.
