Heartsaver®  First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking, or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives.  Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock, and other first aid emergencies.  This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use.

ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification

The VT Dept. of Health requires all restaurants to designate a person in charge who is a certified food protection manager.  Meet this important requirement with a ServSafe® certification exam!  You will learn the importance of food safety and how to prevent the spread of pathogens within a food service facility.

The ServSafe Food Handler program is comprehensive and provides training on the following Intended Learning Outcomes: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergens, Time & Temperature, & Cleaning and Sanitation. You must complete each of these sections before the assessment is made available.
