A Guide to Living Fully and Dying Prepared workshop aims to help people develop a more intentional approach to living and dying. The workshop aims to: 

  • Explore mortality: Help participants explore death and end-of-life care planning 
  • Find support: Provide practical and emotional support 
  • Calm fears: Help participants calm their fears of death 
  • Create plans: Help participants create or update their end-of-life plans 
  • Create remembrance gifts: Help participants create remembrance gifts for loved ones 
  • Embrace mortality: Help participants embrace mortality gracefully 

The workshop is based on Francesca Lynn Arnoldy's workbook of the same name. The workbook includes exercises and reflections to help readers process their lives and legacy, build connections, and create end-of-life plans. It covers topics such as death anxiety, mortality awareness, and compassion.
