Who Does NCCC Serve?

The North Country Career Center (NCCC) serves the students at Lake Region Union High School (LRUHS), North Country Union High School (NCUHS), private school, home-schooled students and eligible adult students in the Orleans County area.

What Does NCCC Offer?

NCCC offers each student the opportunity to participate in quality technical education programs, whether the goal is to pursue post-secondary education and training or move directly into the workplace. All NCCC instruction includes classroom, lab and applied learning experiences using state-of-the-art industry-based equipment.

What Do The Programs Cover?

Programs cover a broad range of industries and offer dual enrollment college classes, articulation to post high school opportunities, Industry Recognized Credentials (IRC), and work-based learning experiences to qualified students. 

Who Is Eligible The Programs?

Programs are open to eleventh and twelfth grade students. Tenth grade students may also apply with the approval of the sending school principal and utilizing the application process. These applications are considered on a space available basis, with eleventh and twelfth grade students having priority.
